MENORAH HOME AND HOSPITAL Oriental Blvd., Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn, New York 43 million dollar, 4 story, 320 bed addition to existing nursing home. Program also includes alteration and modernization of existing Manhattan Beach facility. Located on ocean front site, project includes precast concrete facade and bearing walls, pile foundations and bridge link to existing structure Construction is anticipated to commence Jan 1999.

THE GURWIN GERIATRIC CENTER - EXPANSION 68 Hauppauge Road, Commack, New York 25 million dollar, 4 story, masonry 160 bed addition including an expanded 120 participant Adult Day Health Care Program, a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility and a Diagnostic and Treatment Center. Project is presently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in Spring of 1999.

DUMONT MASONIC NURSING HOME 676/682 Pelham Road, New Rochelle, New York 8 million dollar addition and renovation of existing 190 bed nursing home. Project includes 4th Floor addition to 3 story + cellar existing facility to accommodate 37 new beds to serve ventilator dependent and post acute care patients, as well as remodeling food service area, rehabilitating existing nursing units, bathing facilities, lounges and dining rooms. Project is anticipated to be completed in Fall of 1998.

Funded under HUD Section 202 Program and complying with NYC Quality Housing Zoning. Project included raised plaza link to integrate with existing 360 bed nursing home. Construction completion and occupancy Spring 1997.

Winner of Queens County Chamber of Commerce award.

Upon completeion of Documents for 1st and 2nd phases, project placed on permanant hold. Spring 1985.

Responsibilities included zoning analysis, site planning,
coordination with owner's marketing and legal consultants,
preparation of the architectural portion of offering plan,
office liaison with client during production of contract
