         HEALTH CARE MENORAH HOME AND HOSPITAL
    Oriental Blvd., Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn, New York
    43 million dollar, 4 story, 320 bed addition to existing nursing home. Program also includes alteration and modernization of existing Manhattan Beach facility. Located on ocean front site, project includes precast concrete facade and bearing walls, pile foundations and bridge link to existing structure Construction is anticipated to commence Jan 1999.


    Project manager responsible for of design development and construction documents including scheduling, detailing, consultant coordination and team supervision.


    THE GURWIN GERIATRIC CENTER - EXPANSION
    68 Hauppauge Road, Commack, New York
    25 million dollar, 4 story, masonry 160 bed addition including an expanded 120 participant Adult Day Health Care Program, a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility and a Diagnostic and Treatment Center. Project is presently under construction and is anticipated to be completed in Spring of 1999.


    Project manager responsible for production of design development and construction documents as well as contract administration. Tasks include scheduling, detailing, consultant coordintaion, team supervision, shop drawing reeview adn field observation.


    DUMONT MASONIC NURSING HOME
    676/682 Pelham Road, New Rochelle, New York
    8 million dollar addition and renovation of existing 190 bed nursing home. Project includes 4th Floor addition to 3 story + cellar existing facility to accommodate 37 new beds to serve ventilator dependent and post acute care patients, as well as remodeling food service area, rehabilitating existing nursing units, bathing facilities, lounges and dining rooms. Project is anticipated to be completed in Fall of 1998.


    Transitional project manager responsible for troubleshooting working drawings during production stage of project and responsible for contract administration from early stages of construction through completion.


    BROOKLYN CARES - DIAGNOSTIC & TREATMENT
    CENTER
    10th Avenue, Brooklyn, New York
    A 24 hour a day primary care clinic providing medical services to adults and children. Project includes radiology, mammography, exam, treatment rooms and offices.


    Project manager responsible for construction documents and contract administration through project completion.


    NEW YORK EYE AND EAR INFIRMARY
    Second Avenue & 14th Street
    Interior Renovation including 3 floors of hospital. Project includes 90 patient/day Intake and Discharge unit with reception, waiting, pre-op and pre-discharge patient areas, as wee als new medical gas facility. Project completed Spring 1994.


    Transitional project manager from end of construction documents phase through project completion.


    SS JOACHIM & ANNE RESIDENCE
    2720 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, New York
    7 story, 200 bed, non-profit nursing home located on the Coney Island shoreline. Project includes dryvit clad exterior, pile foundations and special permit zoning conformance. Construction completion and occupancy March 1991.


    Project manager and designer: complete responsibility for all phases of work from initial project programming through building occupancy, including design concept, schematic design, supervision of production of construction documents and contract administration.


    ST. PATRICKS NURSING HOME
    Van Cortlandt Park, Bronx, New York
    7 story, 240 bed, non-profit nursing home


    Responsible for trouble shooting working drawings during production stage of project.



         RESIDENTIAL SHOREFRONT TOWERS
    3045 West 29th Street, Coney Island, New York
    11 million dollar, 13 story, precast concrete, 116 unit, non-profit residence for the elderly fronting on Coney Island Boardwalk. Funded under HUD Section 202 Program and complying with NYC Quality Housing Zoning. Project included raised plaza link to integrate with existing 360 bed nursing home. Construction completion and occupancy Spring 1997.


    Project manager responsible for supervision of production of design development and construction documents as well as contract administration.


    MSGR. THOMAS P. CAMPBELL HOUSE
    25-63 22nd Street, Astoria, New York
    6 story, 73 unit, non-profit residence for the elderly, funding under HUD Section 202 program, design incorporates intricate requirements of HUD, HPD as well as NYC Quality Housing Zoning, construction completion and occupancy October 1991. Winner of Queens County Chamber of Commerce award.


    Project manager and designer: complete responsibility for all phases of work from initial project programming, schematic design, supervision of production of construction documents, including specification writing, contract administration through building occupancy. Office liaison with client throughout all phases.


    GARDEN CITY CONDOMINIUM
    Long Island, New York
    8 story, 346 unit luxury complex combines developers request for maximum apartment count with stringent guidelines on site requiring set sky exposure plane. Upon completeion of Documents for 1st and 2nd phases, project placed on permanant hold. Spring 1985.


    Shared project management role with firm's principal. Responsibilities included zoning analysis, site planning, coordination with owner's marketing and legal consultants, preparation of the architectural portion of offering plan, office liaison with client during production of contract documents. Upon completion of Documents for 1st and 2nd phases, project placed on permanent hold.


    CARNEGIE HILL TOWER
    Madison Avenue & 94th Street, New York
    32 story, 220 unit, luxury condominium with mews and commercial space.


    Presentation, working drawings, inspection of shop drawings, marketing plans, coordination with project consultants. Responsibilities evolved a project progressed to point of sharing management role at project completion.



         COMMERCIAL 551 MADISON AVENUE
    (OLD WINSLOW HOTEL)
    Madison Avenue & 55th Street, New York
    17 story renovation into office and commercial space. Early 20th century structure updated by emphasizing vertical glass elements and masonry piers . Building base is visually opened for increased commercial exposure.


    Working drawings, shop drawings review and field observation during construction phase.


    BELTRAMI
    Fifth Avenue & 57th Street, New York
    Midtown high fashion boutique. Joint venture with Italian design firm for first installation of this exclusive retailer in US.
